Fiber-Pyramid Meditation

Fiber Meditation from Kris – late 1998 early 1999 – (uncertain as of specific date)
We are to give you an example of how you can use this tool. We merely ask you to close your eyes for a few moments. And you incorporate the dog’s presence near you as part of the process to enhance the relaxation we wish you to acquire. And it is preferable if you do close your eyes simply for the fact that it can generate more concentrated alpha states within you.
We ask that you merely breathe deeply for a moment. With each incoming breath you absorb into your lungs the air that you so dearly and preciously need to maintain your existence. With each outgoing breath, you release all forms of tension from your body. And as you exhale and release all tension from your body, you become increasingly aware of our voice as a further vehicle of relaxation. And all and any sound in the immediate environment becomes an additional stepping stone to further relaxation. And use the sound of our voice as a bridge to any area within your own mind where there is serenity, and peace and comfort. And from that center of your being, you see in the distance a pyramid–like shape and you are drawn to this shape and as you approach this pyramid like shape, you sense that it is a gateway.
A gateway that you will cross in but a moment, and as you approach this pyramid, you sense an acceleration of inner energies, which entices you to enter the pyramid–like shape and be drawn up to its apex, and as you are drawn up toward the tip of the pyramid, your own spiritual form accelerates, becomes energized, and actually pierces through the very tip of this pyramid. And as you go through the tip of the pyramid, you recognize that you are simultaneously traveling up and through the very top of your head, that you are drawn up into a vortex of energy that leads you away from your body, away from your brain, from your skull, and into the great depth and spread of the universe, where you can see and sense the stars, perhaps even acknowledge planetary systems in the distance, far off galaxies.
See distant nebulas, perhaps even distant black holes and white holes and various anomalies of deep space. Clouds of gaseous substances, perhaps even the birth or the death of deep stars, solar systems with one or more suns, various planets. And as you take in this panoramic view, we ask you to sense the underlying energy, the psychological strength and power that maintains this whole panoramic display.
And as you sense, and grasp the immensity of this power, recognize it as a living force, a presence that encompasses everything you see, and do not see. And as you slowly scan the scope of this immense energy, we wish you to become aware that there are pools and falls of energy, little pockets of accumulated patterns of energy that you can approach. Find one nearest you and navigate your own consciousness towards it.
And see these steams or strands of energy in those accumulated pockets and mentally reach out for one or more of these strands or filaments of energy. Take hold of one or more of them. Feel its power, its regenerative and recuperative energies. Recognize that these strands of energies are similar in character to the psychological strength that maintains the cosmos that you perceive before you. And as you take these strands of energy, remember that you have a physical body that is in a relaxed state, sitting here in this room, listening to our voice, and take these strands of energy and with your intention, direct them towards the physical body that you know as yourself.
Bring them to the physical body. See the strand of energy reach this planet, go through the atmosphere, go through the top of your head, through the pyramid, into your own mind, and see this energy, these strands of energy, go into your physical body. Into the very energy patterns that compose your physical form and see your own fields and patterns of energy become once again energized and see this energy being poured and released into the very cellular structure of your body, into the atoms and the molecules that compose the cells of your body, the cells that together compose your organs, your heart, your lungs, your brain, your skin, your eyes, ears, right from the very top of your head into the very tips of your toes. Feel this energy rebuild your spiritual and biological self, feel the energy pour itself into you, feed you, nourish you and embellish who you are.
Feel this energy actually start pouring out of the pores of your body, and into your immediate field of energy. You may call it the aura, or the electro magnetic field. Feel this very same energy start resonating and fine tuning, the very tone of your selves, the very energy tones of your being start resonating in a way some well–being, a regeneration of sorts. Your own feeling tones are accelerating, vibrating in a way that sends echoes throughout this very room. And slowly, begin to take a deep breath, feel the revitalization coursing through your veins and your blood, replenishing your entire physical form, beginning the healing of the endocrine system, of your immune system, and various systems that compose the physical form.
And take a deep breath once again. On the count of three, you will open your eyes, one, continue breathing deeply, move your fingers and your toes, take an awareness of this room and our voice once again, and the sound within it. Two. Move your hands and your feet, your arms and legs, and three, open your eyes, and become fully conscious of your environment once again.
Now we are suggesting that you can practice this type of meditation on a daily basis. Perhaps no more than the time it took here, and preferably not when you are driving. That is highly recommended. Otherwise, you may find yourself permanently in an out–of–body state!
